Laboratory for Genome and RNA Regulation in Homeostasis and Cancer
We study genetic and epigenetic mechanisms that regulate mammalian gene expression in response to hormone signals. We employ genomic, biochemical, biophysical, imaging, and computational approaches to dissect the molecular mechanisms and leverage these insights to understand how dysregulated gene programs drive cancer and develop new therapeutic strategies.
